新兵骨干战现场急救训练现状调查分析

Investigation of the First-aid Training Status of Cadremen

目的了解空军新兵骨干战现场急救训练的现状,为提高普通官兵战现场急救水平进行探讨。方法对某集训基地910名新兵骨干进行"战现场急救训练现状"问卷调查。结果调查对象均为男性战士,高中及以上文化程度占95.84%,以一期士官和二期士官为主,占83.73%,自测题合格率41.33%。自测题成绩在不同了解程度、不同学习方式、不同器材来源、不同教材种类得分间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。了解程度、训练时间与自测题分数呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论普通官兵对于战现场急救技术掌握水平有待提高,应通过加深认识程度、增加训练时长、提升教员能力、编写配套教材、保障训练器材等方面提高战现场急救水平。

Objective To understand the status of firstaid training for cadreman in air force,and to discuss how to improve the level of firstaid for officers and soldiers. Methods A total of 910 cadremen in a training base were underwent a questionnaire survey on the status of the first-aid training. Results The subjects were all male soldiers,95. 84%of them had high school education or above, 83. 73% of them were sergeants and staff sergeants, and 41. 33% of them passed the test. There were significantly different in the scores of test in different degrees of understanding, learning methods, equipment sources and textbooks(P<0. 05). Understanding degree and training time were positively correlated with self-test scores(P<0.05). Conclusion Officers and soldiers need to improve their mastery of firstaid technology. They can upgrad firstaid skills by deepening their understanding, increasing training timeimproving teacher’s ability,compiling textbooks and supporting training equipment.
