供给侧结构性改革是我国推动社会经济发展的重要举措,也是我国调整经济杠杆作用的有效措施,在我国实现三产融合中发挥着不可替代的作用。但是现阶段针对这一方面的研究尚且不足,在促进三产融合的措施方面依然显得十分单薄。为此,文章结合供给侧结构性改革这一时代大背景,将促进三产融合的措施进行深入探讨,即资金层面应为农村基础设施提供资金保证,通过强化"职业农民"的培养发展新的民营主体,立足打造新的"三链"促进农村新业态的形成。

Supply-side reform is an important measure to promote social and economic development in China.It is also an effective measure to adjust the role of economic leverage and plays an irreplaceable role in realizing the integration of the three industries in China.However,the research on this aspect is still insufficient,and the measures to promote the integration of the three industries are still very thin.For this reason,the article combines supply-side reform with the background of the times,and discusses the measures to promote the integration of the three industries in depth,that is,the financial level should provide financial guarantee for rural infrastructure,develop new private subjects through strengthening the training of professional farmers,and promote the formation of new rural forms of business based on building a new three-chain.
