摘要
在土壤样品中加入提取剂,调节pH值,超声提取,在提取液中加碱使之生成胺,取中和后的样品进样,用氢火焰离子化检测器测定,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。方法的线性范围良好,三乙胺的相关系数分为0.9997;样品加标回收率为80.4%~83.2%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~3.1%。
Soil samples were extracted by adding extractant,adjusting the pH value,ultrasonic extraction,adding alkali to the extracting solution to produce amine.After neutralization,samples were determined by flame ionization detector(FID)to keep the retention time qualitative and quantitatively by external standard method.The linear range of the method is good,the correlation coefficient of triethylamine is 0.9997,the recovery rate of standard addition is 80.4%~ 83.2%,and the relative standard deviation is 1.0%~3.1%.
