摘要
利用热解反应器研究了扎哈淖尔煤不同煤岩组分的煤质特性、孔隙结构、表面形貌和热解破碎粉化特性的差异。结果表明,其亮煤的破碎和粉化程度最小,暗煤最高,暗淡煤居中。暗煤因富含惰质组在热解过程中较易发生破碎而生成细颗粒产物,且暗煤的矿物质含量较高,在热解过程中因温度梯度和膨胀不均导致应力,致使矿物质与软质的煤基质之间易产生裂纹并发生演化,故暗煤的破碎和粉化概率在三者中最大。
The coal quality,pore structure,surface morphology,thermal fragmentation and pulverization characteristics of different lithotypes of Zaha Nur coal were studied using pyrolysis reactor.The results showed that the degree of fragmentation and pulverization of bright coal is minimum,while dull coal is maximum,and semidull coal is intermediate.Dull coal is more likely to break up in the pyrolysis process due to the enrichment of inert group,and produces fine-grained products.The mineral content of the dark coal is also high,in the pyrolysis process,cracks due to the stress easily occur between minerals and soft coal matrix because of the uneven thermal stress and expansion degree caused by temperature gradient,fragmentation rate and pulverization rate of dark coal were maximum among the three types of coal.
