南宁与东盟国家进出口贸易发展拓展对策

Recommendations for Import and Export Trade Expansion between Nanning and ASEAN Countries

在贸易保护主义持续升温、全球经济结构和贸易格局面临着深刻调整的背景下,南宁市拓展与东盟国家在"一带一路"框架下的务实经贸合作,是事关南宁市开放发展全局的重大问题。当前,南宁市与东盟国家进出口贸易运行总体平稳,但也存在不少亟待解决的问题,包括出口商品结构有待优化、外贸企业竞争力不强、外贸新业态发展相对滞后等。建议南宁市在构建高层次开放型经济、培育优势出口产业和品牌、提升外贸竞争力,以及打造外贸新业态、提升贸易便利化水平方面,精准施策,推进与东盟国家进出口贸易高质量发展。

Under the background of overheating protectionism and upcoming adjustments in global economic and trade pattern,it is a big issue concerning Nanning’s overall situation of open development to expand the practical business cooperation with ASEAN countries based on the Belt and Road framework.Currently,the import and export trade between Nanning and ASEAN countries seems smooth and steady,but it has many problems to solve,including the imperfect export commodity structure,poor competitiveness of foreign trade enterprises,and underdevelopment of new foreign trade business.We suggest that Nanning should take right actions to promote the growth of import and export trade with ASEAN countries in the following aspects:developing a high-level open economy;building dominant export industries and brands;enhancing foreign trade competitiveness;forming a new foreign trade business;and raising the trade convenience level.
