南昌市河湖水环境治理实践及生态定位思考

河湖水环境综合治理对城市发展具有重要意义。总结了南昌市水环境综合治理情况,结合具体河湖,对清淤、控污、水系连通及河湖水环境综合治理工程等方面进行了分析,从法律法规、技术体系、水环境综合规划等不同层面给出建议,并对南昌河湖治理生态定位进行展望,为治理水环境、打造美丽南昌提供参考。

Water environment restoration of rivers and lakes has great significance to urban development. This paper summarizes practices of water environment restoration in Nanchang City and makes analysis to specific rivers and lakes in the respects of dredging, pollution control, water system connectivity and water environment restoration. Suggestions are made regarding laws and regulations, technical system and comprehensive planning of water environment in the city. The functions and position of ecological recovery of rivers and lakes are examined that shall help to get the prospects of its future application in water environment improvements and creation of a beautiful Nanchang.
