拔尖创新人才培养是一流学科建设的应有之义,是"双一流"建设的主要任务之一。拔尖创新人才培养主要通过专业建设、平台建设、团队建设、体系建设与一流学科建设产生结构性关联,但一流学科建设与拔尖创新人才培养实践要素之间也存在内在的体制性冲突。改革中的关键问题是要通过治理结构改革、整合学科资源、拓展学科育人功能、降低学科建设重心,构建一流学科建设与拔尖创新人才培养的协同机制。
