摘要
拔尖创新人才培养是一流学科建设的应有之义,是"双一流"建设的主要任务之一。拔尖创新人才培养主要通过专业建设、平台建设、团队建设、体系建设与一流学科建设产生结构性关联,但一流学科建设与拔尖创新人才培养实践要素之间也存在内在的体制性冲突。改革中的关键问题是要通过治理结构改革、整合学科资源、拓展学科育人功能、降低学科建设重心,构建一流学科建设与拔尖创新人才培养的协同机制。
The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is the proper meaning of the construction of first-class disciplines and one of the main tasks of double-class construction. The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents has a structural correlation with first-class disciplines construction mainly through professional construction, platform construction, team building and system building. However, there is also an inherent institutional conflict within the practical elements of first-class disciplines construction and innovative talents training. The key problems of the reform are to establish a synergistic mechanism between the first-class disciplines construction and top-notch innovative talents cultivation by governance structure reform, subject resources integration, function expansion of subject education, reduction focus of discipline construction。
