虚拟心脏模型在心脏CT断层结构认识中的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨仿真虚拟心脏模型在心脏各方向断层结构中的识别作用。方法:利用心脏二维图片对心脏外形、心腔、瓣膜、冠状血管及出入的大血管进行三维建模;将病例胸部CT数据导入3D slicer(版本4.8.1),对心脏部位进行重建并导出;将基于病例重建的心脏初模导入3dsMax(版本2012),将虚拟模型与重建模型进行简单配准,配准后的虚拟模型导入3D slicer中,利用互动定位法对心脏不同结构进行定位并显示于各断层中。结果:结合虚拟模型与断层可在病例影像数据中达到初步定位和识别作用。结论:虚拟模型结合断层定位可对CT数据中心表面及内部结构进行初步定位和识别。 Objective : To explore practical value of virtual heart model for surface and inner structure identification in interactive section choice. Methods : 3D structures such as shape,cavity,valves,coronary vessels and large blood vessels were modeled according a 2D figure;a computed tomography(CT) data of chest was imported into 3D slicer(version 4.8.1),the outline of heart and aortic artery was delineated and reconstructed. After imported into 3dsMax(version 2012),virtual model was matched with reconstructed model,then,the matched model was loaded into 3D slicer with its projecting outline on the chest data. Results : Interactive display was shown between virtual outline and patient data,the surface and inner structures could be identified primarily. Conclusion : Surface and inner structures in CT data could be identified and located primarily with virtual model.
