乡村振兴战略背景下海南共享农庄发展现状及对策

Development Status and Countermeasures of Hainan Shared Farms Under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

习近平总书记在党的十九大会议中提出了"实施乡村振兴战略",并且强烈要求坚持优先发展农业农村,为解决"三农"问题和工作指明了方向。海南省委、省政府落实乡村振兴战略,建设田园综合体和美丽乡村的重要抓手和突破口之一就是发展海南共享农庄。本文以海南共享农庄为例,通过深度实地考察调研,分析海南共享农庄的发展现状与存在问题,积极探索发展壮大海南共享农庄的对策,从而做到落实乡村振兴战略。

General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed "implementing the strategy of rural rejuvenation" at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and urged that priority should be given to the development of agriculture and rural areas,pointing out the direction for solving the "three rural" problems and the work. One of the most important ways for Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and to build a rural complex and beautiful countryside is to develop Hainan shared farms. This article takes Hainan shared farm as an example,through deep field investigation and investigation,analyzes the present situation and existing problems of Hainan shared farm,and actively explores the countermeasures to develop and strengthen Hainan shared farm,so as to carry out the strategy of rural rejuvenation.
