两化融合下的嘉兴服装企业创新能力提升路径研究

On Path for Innovation Ability Promotion Based on Integration of Informatization and Industrialization of Garment Enterprise in Jiaxing

两化融合的提出是加快嘉兴服装企业转型升级的有效举措,本文深入分析了两化融合的发展背景、内涵建设、评估规范及管理体系,结合嘉兴服装企业两化融合发展现状实施问卷调查,通过多维频数分析显示多数服装企业倾向于研发创新类能力的建设。基于可持续竞争力的实现目标,重构提取的研发创新能力的要素与两化融合管理体系元素,建立创新类能力提升路径,AMOS路径评价显示该路径拟合度良好,可作为嘉兴服装企业转型升级途径之一。

The integration of informatization and industrialization is an effective measure to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of garment enterprises in Jiaxing. The implementation of the questionnaire is based on the analysis of the background of the integration of informatization and industrialization, connotation construction, evaluation standard and management system, combined with the present situation of Jiaxing garment enterprises. The multidimensional frequency analysis shows that the majority of small and medium-sized garment enterprises tend to build R & D innovation capability. Based on the realization of sustainable competitiveness, the path of innovation ability is reestablished on the elements of the research and development of innovative ability and elements of the integration of informatization and industrialization management system. AMOS path evaluation shows that the path fitting is good, and it can be used as one of the transformation and upgrading of Jiaxing garment enterprises.
