我国医联体分级诊疗模式研究述评

A Review of the Research on the Classification and Diagnosis Model of Medical Associations in China

近3年来,国内学者对分级诊疗的研究取得了较大进展,主要体现在对国外分级诊疗先进经验、国内分级诊疗实施现状的研究。学者们在研究过程中提出许多新观点和新论断,有力地加强了分级诊疗的理论研究,对建立有序的诊疗秩序、促进卫生资源下沉进行了有益的探索和尝试。但是也存在着一些不足之处需要在后续研究中不断完善。

In the past three years, domestic scholars have made great progress in the research of graded diagnosis and treatment, which is mainly reflected in the research on the advanced experience of foreign graded diagnosis and treatment and the implementation status of domestic graded diagnosis and treatment. Scholars have put forward many new ideas and new theories in the research process, which has effectively strengthened the theoretical research of graded diagnosis and treatment, and has made useful explorations and attempts to establish an orderly diagnosis and treatment order and promote the sinking of health resources. However, there are still some shortcomings that need to be continuously improved in subsequent research.
