摘要
科学研究是新时期医院可持续发展的基础和持久动力,也是医院内涵建设的主要内容,医院在科研管理中引入麦肯锡7S理论模型,确定科研在医院发展中的战略地位,实行院、科两级扁平化科研管理结构,不断更新完善科研管理制度,有针对性加强科研知识和技能的培训,根据专业特点采取不同策略促进团队和成员同步发展,始终坚持"公开、公正、公平、合作、共享"的科研管理风格,最终形成"个体素养提高、学科品牌提升、医院发展提速"的科研文化氛围。医院科研管理引入麦肯锡7S模型后,在实践运用中取得较好效果,有力推动了我院科研工作发展,提高了科研管理绩效。
By applying McKinsey 7S Model to the management of scientific research,we determined the strategic position of scientific research in the hospital development,implemented the flat organizational structure, at the same time,we updated the scientific research management system and strengthened the training of knowledge and skills.We insisted the style of “openness,impartiality,fairness,cooperation,sharing” in the staff.Finally, the scientific research of culture environment is formed.The Application of Mckinsey 7S Model can effectively enhance the development of scientific research and promote the achievement of scientific research.
