摘要
笔者将在汽车、船舶、航天等其他领域应用比较多的三维工程仿真技术,运用到风机吊装和运维中,通过三维工程仿真可以改进产品部件、优化作业工序,通过装配干涉的仿真、作业顺序的仿真、人机工程的仿真、装配过程的记录及相关文档的生成,可以检验并规避风险点,形成可视化指导资料,帮助现场操作人员更直观地理解作业设备及作业过程。
3D simulation technology is widely used in many fields, such as automobile, ship and aerospace. This paper applies 3D simulation to the wind power lifting, operation and maintenance. Through the 3D simulation of engineering, it can improve product components and optimize operation process. Through the simulation of assembly interference, operation sequence, man-machine engineering, the recording of assembly process and the generation of relevant documents, the risk points can be examined and avoided, and the visual guidance materials can be formed to help site operators have a more intuitive understanding of equipment and process.
