阿司匹林联合他汀类药物治疗脑血栓患者的疗效及其对动脉斑块的影响

Effect of Aspirin Combined with Statin on Cerebral Thrombosis and Its Effect on Arterial Plaque

目的:探讨阿司匹林联合他汀类药物治疗脑血栓患者的疗效及其对动脉斑块的影响。方法:2015年3月～2018年2月,随机选取此期间某院收治的脑血栓患者86例作为研究对象,根据其入院序号奇偶数按比例(1∶1)划分为对照组和观察组,每组患者43例,两组患者均接受脑血栓基础治疗,对照组配合开展阿司匹林治疗,观察组在此基础上联合他汀类药物治疗,观察对比两组治疗效果和对动脉斑块的影响。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为90.70%,高于对照组74.42%,P<0.05;两组患者治疗前颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、颈动脉斑块面积组间比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗2个月后上述指标均明显减少,且观察组小于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在脑血栓患者治疗中,阿司匹林联合他汀类药物治疗效果理想,可有效改善患者动脉斑块情况,推荐推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of aspirin combined with statin on cerebral thrombosis and its effect on arterial plaque.Methods:86 cases of cerebral thrombosis patients admitted to a hospital from March 2015 to February 2018 were randomly selected as research objects.According to their admission serial numbers,they were divided into control group and observation group in proportion (1∶1).43 patients in each group received basic treatment for cerebral thrombosis.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with statins on this basis,and the effects of the two groups on arterial plaque were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate was 90.70% in the observation group and 74.42% in the control group,P <0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups in carotid artery intima media thickness (IMT) and carotid artery plaque area before treatment,P >0.05.The above indicators were significantly reduced after 2 months of treatment,and the observation group was smaller than the control group,P <0.05.Conclusion:In the treatment of cerebral thrombosis patients,the effect of aspirin combined with statins is ideal,which can effectively improve the situation of arterial plaques in patients,and is recommended for promotion.
