四君子汤联合益生菌治疗小儿腹泻42例

Sijunzi Decoction Combined with Probiotics in the Treatment of Diarrhea in Children for 42 Cases

目的探讨四君子汤联合益生菌治疗小儿腹泻病的临床疗效。方法纳入2016年8月—2017年12月收治的腹泻病患儿84例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各42例。对照组采取妈咪爱治疗,观察组同时联合四君子汤治疗,比较2组治疗前后证候积分、免疫功能、炎症反应变化及临床疗效情况。结果治疗后,2组腹痛、腹泻次数及大便性状证候积分均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组Ig G、Ig M、Ig A水平均明显提升,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组DAO、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(95.24%VS 80.95%,P<0.05)。结论四君子汤联合益生菌治疗小儿腹泻病止泻效果显著,可有效缓解患儿症状,提高机体免疫功能,减轻机体炎症反应,且利于恢复肠道黏膜结构及功能,促进康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sijunzi decoction combined with probiotics in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods 84 children with diarrhea admitted from August 2016 to December 2017 were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Medilac-Vita.The observation group was treated with Sijunzi decoction.The syndrome scores,immune function changes and clinical efficacy before and after treatment was compared.Results After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea and stool traits were significantly lower in the two groups,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in the two groups were significantly increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of DAO,hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αwere significantly lower in the two groups,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.24%vs 80.95%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Sijunzi decoction combined with probiotics has significant effects in treating diarrhea in children.It can effectively alleviate the symptoms of children,improve the body's immune function,reduce the body's inflammatory response,help restore intestinal mucosal structure and function,and promote rehabilitation.
