斜螺钉在正交胶合木中的抗拔性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 为给斜螺钉在正交胶合木(CLT)中连接性能的研究提供理论依据,进行握钉力试验。结果表明:试验主要破坏形态为自攻螺钉拔出和木材表面撕裂破坏,随自攻螺钉与木材纹理方向的夹角a增大,木材表面撕裂破坏现象越明显;试件刚度和强度都随a的增大而增大。 In order to provide theoretical basis for the study of the connection performance of inclined screw in CLT, the author carried out the nail-holding power test. The test results show that: the main failure modes were self-tapping screw pull-out and wood surface tearing. With the increase of angle a between the direction of self^tapping screw insertion and the direction of wood texture, the phenomenon of wood surface tearing was more obvious.
