摘要
本研究首先基于我国大学生互联网使用的实际行为,对20名大学生的访谈数据进行内容分析,识别大学生网络闲逛行为的构成维度和表现形式;然后通过对382名大学生的调查,实证分析并确定我国大学生网络闲逛行为本土量表由好友互动、浏览新闻、休闲娱乐和社交媒体四个维度构成;最后使用该量表对全国27个省份1 043名大学生的网络闲逛行为进行研究。研究表明,从行为普遍性看,从事好友互动活动的人最多,从事休闲娱乐活动的人最少;从行为依赖性看,大学生对休闲娱乐活动的依赖性最强,对好友互动活动的依赖性最弱;大学生网络闲逛行为在年龄、上网时长和上网频率上存在显著的个体差异。基于研究结果,本研究从培养健康的互联网使用文化、开发移动学习资源和跟踪预警心理健康三个方面,提出管理和干预大学生网络闲逛行为的对策建议。
The study firstly conducted an analysis of the interview data from 20 Chinese college students to identify dimensions and forms of their cyberloafing behaviors;secondly conducted a survey on 382 Chinese college students,and empirically validated that the localized scale of their cyberloafing behaviors included interaction with friends,browsing news,entertainment and social media;thirdly applied the scale to conduct a survey of 1 043 college students from 27 provinces in China.Results show that,in terms of behavioral universality,the largest number of students engage in interaction with friends,and the least number of students engage in entertainment;in terms of behavior dependence,students are most dependent on entertainment,and least dependent on interaction with friends;there are significant individual differences in the age,duration and frequency of internet usage among students.Finally,This article propose intervention strategies for their cyberloafing behaviors from cultivating healthy internet usage culture,developing mobile learning resources,and tracking and alerting mental health.
