新时代农村基层党组织振兴,是坚持党对农村工作全面领导、实施乡村振兴战略、巩固党的执政基础、推进全面从严治党向纵深发展的必然要求。改革开放以来,党中央高度重视基层党组织建设,农村基层党组织振兴取得了重要进展。然而,由于诸多因素的影响,农村基层党组织振兴还存在不少问题。推动农村基层党组织振兴,要坚持问题导向,从带头人选拔培养、党员队伍教育管理、党组织运行机制构建、党组织资源增加以及夯实领导责任等方面采取有效措施。

The revitalization of rural grass-roots Party organizations in the new era is the inevitable requirement of adhering to the Party′s overall leadership of rural work, carrying out the strategy of rural revitalization, consolidating the ruling foundation of the Party, and promoting the in-depth development of the Party in an all-round and strict manner. Since the reform and opening up, the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the construction of grass-roots Party organizations, and important progress has been made in the revitalization of rural grass-roots Party organizations. However, due to the influence of many factors, there are still many problems in the revitalization of rural grass-roots Party organizations. To promote the revitalization of rural grass-roots Party organizations, we should adhere to the problem-oriented approach and take effective measures from the selection and cultivation of leaders, the education and management of Party members, the construction of the operation mechanism of Party organizations, the increase of Party organization resources and the consolidation of leadership responsibilities.
