摘要
主动磁悬浮轴承是一种新型的高性能机电一体化产品,具有无机械磨损、噪声低、无需密封和润滑、寿命长和控制灵活等独特优势,在压缩机和风机领域得到成功应用。本文首先介绍了国内外磁悬浮轴承的发展状况,之后,总结了磁悬浮轴承在集成式压缩机领域和鼓风机领域的应用情况。探讨了近十年国内外对于磁悬浮轴承技术的研究进展和其中包括的研究热点问题。最后,展望了磁悬浮轴承未来的应用前景。
Active magnetic bearings are a new type of high-performance mechatronics products with unique adavantages in terms of no mechanical wear, low noise level, no sealing and lubrication, long service life and flexible control. They have been successfully used in compressor and blower industry. In this paper, the development of active magnetic bearings around the world is introduced, and the applications of AMB in integrated compressors and maglev blowers are summarized. The research progress and key technologies of active magnetic bearings in the past decade are reviewed. Finally, the future application of active magnetic bearings is prospected.
