香根油的提取及抑菌性研究

Research on Extraction Technology and Antimicrobial Capacity of Essential Oils fromVetiveria zizanioides

以提取率为指标,对超声波萃取香根油的影响因素进行了研究。在单因素试验基础上进行正交试验,通过GC-MS对香根油进行了成分分析,并进行了抑菌试验。试验结果表明,香根油提取的最佳工艺条件为:以无水乙醇为溶剂,料液比为1∶30,粉碎度为100目,提取时间为20min,香根油提取率为5.98%;共鉴定出24种化合物,占总萃取物的35.77%;香根油对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、高地芽孢杆菌均有一定的抑制作用。

Using the yeild of vetiveria oil as the index, the influential factors of ultrasonic assisted organic solvent extraction are studied.Based on the single factor experiment,the orthogonal experiment is carried out, and the optimal technological conditions are as follows: ethanol is the extraction solvent, the ratio of material to liquid is 1∶30, the particle size is 100 mesh, the ultrasonic time is 20 min, the yield of vetiver oils is 5.98%. The chemical composition of vetiveria oils is analyzed by GC-MS. 24 compounds which account for 35.77% of the total extract are identified. The test for Colibacillus,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Baclicus lincheniformis and Bacillus altitudinis shows that vetiveria oils could inhibit bacterial growth with antimicrobial capacity.
