雌三醇软膏联合给药器治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical efficacy of estriol ointment combined with applicator in the treatment of senile vaginitis

目的观察在老年性阴道炎患者中采取雌三醇软膏联合给药器治疗的临床疗效。方法 102例老年性阴道炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各51例。对照组仅采取雌三醇软膏治疗,治疗组采取雌三醇软膏联合给药器治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状及复发情况,以及治疗前后世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)各项评分。结果治疗前,两组患者瘙痒、异味,灼热、红肿,性生活伴随症状发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组瘙痒、异味,灼热、红肿,性生活伴随症状发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者复发率为5.88%,明显低于对照组的29.41%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生理、心理、社会、环境WHOQOL-BREF评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组生理、心理、社会、环境WHOQOL-BREF评分均有所改善,且治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年性阴道炎患者,采取雌三醇软膏联合给药器治疗,可明显改善患者临床症状,降低复发率,改善治疗后生活质量,效果理想。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of estriol ointment combined with applicator in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods A total of 102 senile vaginitis patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with estriol ointment, and the treatment group was treated with estriol ointment combined with applicator. Comparison were made on clinical symptoms, recurrence, and World Health Organization quality of life scale brief version (WHOQOL-BREF) scores before and after treatment of the two groups. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of itching, peculiar smell, burning, redness and accompanying symptoms in sexual life (P>0.05). After treatment, the treatment group had obviously lower incidence of itching, peculiar smell, burning, redness and accompanying symptoms in sexual life than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment group had obviously lower recurrence rate as 5.88% than 29.41% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in WHOQOL-BREF score of physiology, psychology, society and environment (P>0.05). After treatment, both groups had improved WHOQOL-BREF score of physiology, psychology, society and environment, and the treatment group was obviously better than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For senile vaginitis patients, estriol ointment combined with applicator shows ideal effect in significantly improving the clinical symptoms of patients, reducing the recurrence rate, and improving the quality of life after treatment.
