生血宝合剂联合硫酸亚铁片治疗缺铁性贫血的效果评价

Efficacy evaluation of Shengxuebao Mistura combined with ferrous sulfate tablets on the treatment of iron deficiency anemia

目的:观察生血宝合剂联合硫酸亚铁片治疗缺铁性贫血的疗效。方法:选择2017年3月—2018年5月就诊的缺铁性贫血患者132例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组66例。对照组口服硫酸亚铁片治疗,观察组口服生血宝合剂联合硫酸亚铁片治疗。治疗12周,比较治疗前后两组患者的临床疗效和治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗12周后,两组血红蛋白、平均红细胞体积、铁蛋白水平均较治疗前改善(P <0. 05),且观察组优于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组治疗总有效率(89. 4%)与对照组(71. 2%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组治疗期间不良发应总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:生血宝合剂联合硫酸亚铁片治疗缺铁性贫血有效率高,且可减少不良反应发生。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Shengxuebao Mistura combined with ferrous sulfate tablets in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia.Methods:A total of 132 patients with iron deficiency anemia,diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018,were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups randomly,each of 66 cases.The control group was treated with ferrous sulfate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Shengxuebao Mistura combined with ferrous sulfate tablets.Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results:After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin,mean corpuscular volume,serum ferritin in the two groups were higher than those before treatment ( P <0.05),and those in the observation group was higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05).The clinical efficacies in observation group and the control group were 71.2% and 89.4%,respectively,which was significantly difference ( P <0.05).In addition,the incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion :The clinical efficiency of Shengxuebao Mistura combined with ferrous sulfate tablets on the treatment of iron deficiency anemia was satisfied,with lower adverse reactions increasement.
