摘要
机械压力机的滑块上下往复动作是由离合制动器带动停止传动轴转动的,吨位小的一般采用整体式离合制动器,离合制动的动作是机械结构决定了不会出现动作干涉。但是大吨位机械压力机由于需要的离合和制动扭矩大,使用整体离合器已经不能满足要求,所以大吨位的机械压力机一般采用分体式离合制动器以满足压力机要求。但离合器和制动器的动作与整体式离合制动器不同:没有机械锁定;因此需要相关的控制系统来保证离合器和制动器动作不发生干涉,且同时人和模具等的安全也要得到保障。
The up and down reciprocating motion of the slider of the mechanical press has been driven by the clutch brake to stop the transmission shaft. The press of small tonnage generally uses an integral clutch brake. The action of the clutch brake has been determined by the mechanical structure without motion interference. However, large-tonnage mechanical press cannot meet the requirements due to the large torque required by clutch and braking, so the large-tonnage mechanical press generally uses split clutch brake to meet the press requirements. However, the split clutch and brake action is different from the integral clutch brake: there is no mechanical lock;therefore, the relevant control system has been required to ensure that the clutch and brake action does not interfere, and at the same time the safety of the person and the mold has also been guaranteed.
