浅析来华留学生奖学金评选体系构建——以贵州民族大学为例

A Brief Analysis on the Construction of Scholarship Selection System for International Students in China——A Case Study of Guizhou Minzu University

由于充分考虑到奖学金是吸引与激励留学生来华学习的核心因素,所以奖学金评选就成为影响来华留学生教育成功的关键因素,国内对其进行研究的学者却门可罗雀。本文把指标体系引入奖学金评选之中,创建来华留学生奖学金评选指标体系。笔者认为:奖学金评选指标体系对来华留学生教育管理起到了至关重要的作用,并对其进行较为全面和深入的探讨,为提高来华留学生教育管理水平提供些许参考。

Scholarship selection is a key factor in influencing educational success due largely to attracting and motivating international students in China,but few researches have been concerning it. The study introduced a target system into the scholarship selection and constructed a scholarship selection system for international students in China. The writer thought that the scholarship selection system is playing pivotal roles in educational management of international students in China. The study provided some reference in improving the educational management level of foreign students in China by a more comprehensive and in-depth discussion.
