孟鲁司特钠联合三联气泵雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的观察 被引量:4

Observation on the Curative Effect of Montelukast Sodium with Triple Pump Atomization Inhalation Therapy of Children with Asthmatic Bronchitis

摘要 目的观察喘息性支气管炎患儿采用孟鲁司特钠联合三联气泵雾化吸入治疗效果。方法选取132例患儿根据治疗方法不同将其分为观察组(n=66)和对照组(n=66)。给予对照组孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用三联气泵雾化吸入治疗,对两组患儿的临床疗效进行观察,并对两组患儿治疗前后血清CRP、ESR及WBC水平进行分析比较。结果观察组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为90.9%和74.2%,P<0.05;观察组症状(气喘、哮鸣音和咳嗽)消失时间及住院时间方面与对照组比较P<0.05;两组患儿血清CRP、ESR和WBC水平较治疗前明显降低,观察组下降幅度更显著(P<0.05)。结论对喘息性支气管炎患儿进行孟鲁司特钠联合三联气泵雾化吸入治疗效果显著。 OBJECTIVE The effect of inhalation of montelukast sodium combined with triple air pump inhalation was observed in children with asthmatic bronchitis. METHODS 132 children were divided into observation group(n=66)and control group(n=66)according to dif. ferent treatment methods. The control group was treated with montelukast sodium. The observation group was treated with triple-pneumat. ic pump inhalation on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. The serum CRP and ESR were compared before and after treatment. And WBC level for analysis and comparison. RESULTS The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 90.9% and 74.2%,respectively,compared with the two groups,P<0.05. The disappear. ance time and hospitalization time of the observation group(whee,wheezing and cough)were compared with the control group,P<0.05;serum CRP,ESR and WBC levels in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the decline was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION For children with asthmatic bronchitis,the effect of montelukast sodium combined with triple air pump atomization inhalation was significant.
