摘要 目的:分析应用VSD治疗骨科软组织创伤及创面感染的效果。方法:选取收治的骨科软组织创伤及感染创面患者88例,采用随机方法分成对照组和治疗组,各44例患者。两组患者均常规进行清创手术,对照组给予敷料包扎,根据创面大小给予胶条引流,常规2~3 d换药,更换敷料;治疗组给予VSD治疗,术后根据是否感染给予抗感染药物治疗,最后对两组患者治疗效果进行分析。结果:治疗组患者经VSD治疗后的总有效率为97.72%,明显高于对照组(75.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VSD在骨科软组织创伤和创面感染治疗中,可以提高患者有效率,缩短患者病程,效果较好。 Objective Analysis of the effect of VSD in the treatment of soft tissue trauma and wound infection in orthopedics. Method 88 patients were selected with soft tissue trauma and infection in orthopedics were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,44 patients in each group. Routine debridement was performed in both groups,the control group was treated with dressing,drainage by rubber strip according to wound size,dressing change and dressing change in 2~3 days;the treatment group was treated with VSD,Anti-infective drugs were given according to infection after operation.Finally,the therapeutic effect was analyzed between two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate treated with VSD treatment was 97.72% in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than the control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion VSD in the treatment of orthopaedic soft tissue trauma and wound infection can improve the patient's efficiency,shorten the course of disease,the effect is better.
