混杂纤维改善高温下混凝土结构内部温度场的分析

摘要 针对高性能混凝土的防火与抗爆裂性能低的特点,采用低熔点(聚丙烯纤维)及高熔点纤维(钢纤维)混杂的方法,对高性能混凝土的耐高温性能进行改善。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,通过对钢筋混凝土和五种不同纤维掺量的混杂纤维混凝土隧道衬砌结构的火灾环境下温度场的模拟计算,从而提出混杂纤维混凝土中钢纤维与聚丙烯纤维的最优掺量,为混凝土结构防火研究与性能设计提供基础资料。 In the light of the low fire control and the low anti-explosion resistance of high performance concrete, the hybrid method of low melting point ( polypropylene fiber) and high melting point fiber ( steel fiber) are used to improve the high temperature performance of high performance concrete. Using ANSYS finite element analysis software, the temperature field of reinforced concrete and five different hybrid fiber concrete tunnel lining structures under fire environment is simulated and calculated, and finally the optimum adding quantity of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete steel fiber and polypropylene fiber is put forward in the paper, which provides basic data for the study and performance of fireproof concrete structure design.
