血清miR-125a表达水平在慢性阻塞性肺疾病早期诊断中的应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究血清mi R-125a作为生物标志物在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)早期诊断中的价值。方法选取2017年1月~2018年6月我院收治的50例COPD患者作为COPD组,另选取同期50例正常人群作为健康对照组,50例重度吸烟者作为重度吸烟组。收集三组的外周血清标本及临床基本资料,运用实时荧光定量法检测三组的外周血清mi R-125a表达水平,对血清mi R-125a表达进行ROC曲线分析,并记录三组的创面愈合率。结果 COPD组血清miR-125a的mRNA表达水平明显低于重度吸烟组,重度吸烟组血清miR-125a的m RNA表达水平显著低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度吸烟组ROC曲线下的面积大于COPD组,COPD组ROC曲线下的面积大于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度吸烟组、COPD组的创面愈合率均低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清mi R-125a在COPD和重度吸烟患者中的表达水平均降低,可将血清mi R-125a作为COPD早期诊断的生物标志物,为预防提供依据。 Objective To investigate the value of serum miR-125a as a biomarker in the early diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 50 patients with COPD who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the COPD group. Another 50 normal people were selected as the healthy control group and 50 severe smokers were used as the severe smoking group. The peripheral serum samples and clinical basic data were collected of three groups. The expression levels of miR-125a in peripheral blood of the three groups were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative method, the ROC curve of serum miR-125a expression was analyzed and the wound healing rate of the three groups was recorded. Results The mRNA expression level of serum miR-125a in the COPD group was significantly lower than that in the severe smoking group, the mRNA expression level of miR-125a in the severe smoking group was significantly lower than that in the healthy control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The area under the ROC curve of the severe smoking group was larger than that of the COPD group, and the area under the ROC curve of the COPD group was larger than that of the healthy control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The wound healing rate of the severe smoking group and the COPD group was lower than that of the healthy control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression levels of serum miR-125a decrease in patients with COPD and severe smoking, and serum miR-125a can be used as a biomarker for the early diagnosis of COPD to provide a basis for prevention.
