中药药酒对退行性骨关节病患者的治疗效果研究

Therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal liquor on patients with degenerative osteoarthritis

目的:探讨中药药酒对退行性骨关节病患者的治疗效果。方法:收治退行性骨关节病患者60例,应用中药药酒外用擦拭患处,局部按摩以致药酒充分吸收,药酒干后再次涂擦,如此反复进行。结果:经过中药药酒治疗,总有效率93.3%,各个不同部位退行性骨关节病患者的疗效差异无统计学意义,药酒治疗≥2个疗程的显效率优于1个疗程。结论:中药药酒对退行性骨关节病患者有一定疗效,不同部位使用药酒治疗并无差异,而随着治疗时间的延长,有效率逐渐增加。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal liquor in the treatmet of patients with degenerative osteoarthritis.Methods:60 patients with degenerative osteoarthritis were selected.The traditional Chinese medicine liquor was used to wipe the affected area.The local massage was used to fully absorb the medicinal liquor.After the medicinal wine was dried,it was rubbed again.Results:After treatment with traditional Chinese medicine liquor,the total effective rate was 93.3%.There was no significant difference in the efficacy of patients with different osteoarthritis.The explicit effective rate of treatment for 2 courses or more were better than 1 course.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine medicinal liquor has certain curative effect on patients with degenerative osteoarthritis.There is no difference in the treatment of medicated liquor in different parts,and the effective rate increases gradually with the treatment time.
