客观分析新形势下高校大学生思想政治工作面临的思想认识有待深化、专业水准有待提升、制度机制有待构建等迫切需要解决的问题,深入探寻相关问题的成因与根源,有针对性地提出了做好包括谈心谈话在内的大学生思想政治工作务必加强“四个”建设、遵循“三个”规律,补齐短板、突破瓶颈的实践操作应对策略,以期有效加强和改进新形势下的高校思想政治工作。

This paper objectively analyses the urgent problems such as the need to deepen their understanding,imprve their professional level,and construct their system and mechanism in the ideological and political work of col-lege students under the new situation.It further explores the causes and reasons of the related problems,and puts forward that in order to do a good job in the ideological and political work of college students,including heart-to-heart talk.In order to effectively strengthen and improve the ideological and political work in colleges and universities under the new situation,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the"four"and follow the"three"laws,fill in the shortcomings and break through the bottlenecks in practical operation,so as to effectively strengthen and improve the ideological and political work in colleges and universities under the new situation.
