摘要
针对卷烟生产线所用空调系统未进行有效能源管控而造成的较大能源浪费问题,建立一套基于生产驱动的空调智能联控系统.结合宁波卷烟厂"十二五"异地技改项目,对比分析了空调智能联控系统应用前后的节能减排效果.其结论如下:该技改项目实施空调智能联控系统后,每年可节约能耗折合标准煤约418.8 t,减少投资272.6万元,同时可减少1 115 t CO_2和9.38 t SO_2的排放,节能减排效果显著.
This paper analyses the existing problems of air conditioning system in Ningbo Cigarette Factory,introduces the intelligent integrated air conditioning control system based on production drive and application,and evaluates the energy saving and emission reduction effect of the application of the integrated control system.It can save 418.8 t/a ,reduce investment by 2.726 million Yuan,and reduce the emission of 1 115 tons of carbon dioxide and 9.38 tons of sulphur dioxides at the same time.The effect of energy saving and emission reduction is remarkable.
