党的十九大吹响了向建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力社会主义意识形态,加强互联网内容建设进军的号角。这既是我们党全面深刻总结社会主义意识形态建设所长期积累的宝贵经验,也是我们党在新时代对社会主义意识形态建设所提出的重大任务。当前,许多意识形态领域的新问题和新情况往往因网而生、因网而增,这也使得网络空间成为新时代主流意识形态传播的最前沿。通过厘定网络主流意识形态凝聚力和引领力的内在构成和生成机理,以历史和现实两个维度展开分析提升网络主流意识形态凝聚力和引领力的重要性,从主体塑造和实践途径两个方面对提升网络主流意识形态凝聚力和引领力的路径架构做出思考,推动网络这个"最大变量"释放"最大正能量"。

The Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC has sounded a call to build a socialist ideology with strong cohesion and leadership,and to strengthen the construction of Internet content.This is not only the valuable experience that our party has accumulated for a long time in summing up the socialist ideological construction comprehensively and profoundly,but also the important task that our party has put forward to the socialist ideological construction in the new era.Nowadays,many new problems and situations in the ideological field are often caused by the Internet,which makes the cyberspace become the forefront of the mainstream ideological communication in the new era.By defining the internal composition and generating mechanism of the cohesion and leading force of the network mainstream ideology,this paper analyzes the importance of enhancing the cohesion and leading force of the network mainstream ideology from two dimensions of history and reality,and from two aspects of the main body shaping and practical ways to enhance the cohesion and leading force of the network mainstream ideology.The path structure of force makes reflection,pushing the "maximum variable" of the network to release the "maximum positive energy".
