摘要 随着汽车的日益普及,消费者对汽车外观匹配要求逐步提高,主机厂为了实现更高的车身质量,不断创新和应用新的检测手段和匹配方法。整车匹配检具作为一种可以在量产工装之前通过实物模拟装车状态,验证产品尺寸设计的综合检具,得到了广泛的应用。从整车匹配检具的结构形式、设计考虑因素、加工及检测等方面阐述了它的设计开发思路,并对其设计、生产和发展进行了总结和展望。 With the popularity of automobiles, consumers’ requirements for perceptual quality are gradually improving. In order to achieve better matching status for perceptual quality, the main factory continuously innovates and applies new inspection technology and matching methods. As a kind of comprehensive inspection gauge, Totally Assembly Checking Fixture can simulate real status and verify the product design before SOP, and it has been widely used. Based on the development process of TAC, this paper analyzes its structural form, material selection, structural module design and other aspects, introduces the detail method of matching with TAC gauge, and summarizes and prospects the design, production and development of the TAC inspection tool for the vehicle.
