Research Progress on the Effect of Chinese Medicine on Bone Metabolism in Osteoporosis

目的:归纳与总结近几年中药在实验研究及临床研究方面对骨质疏松症骨代谢影响的研究进展。方法:检索国内外数据库中中药对骨质疏松症骨代谢影响的相关文献,按照实验研究及临床研究分别阐述中药对骨质疏松症骨代谢影响的作用机制。结果:国内外对于中药如何治疗骨质疏松症及其如何调节骨代谢的相关研究逐年增多,但系统的归纳与总结较少。结论:从实验及临床研究来看,中药对骨质疏松症骨代谢的影响确切,对骨质疏松症疗效较好,具有增强ALP活性、促进成骨细胞增殖分化、抑制破骨细胞活性、降低异常升高的骨转换率、补充雌激素等作用,但仍有待进一步研究,为中药在影响骨质疏松症骨代谢方面提供更全面的科学依据。

Objective:To summarize the research progress of the effects of traditional Chinese medicine on bone metabolism in osteoporosis in recent years. Methods:Literatures on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on bone metabolism in osteoporosis were retrieved from domestic and foreign databases.The mechanism of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on bone metabolism in osteoporosis was elaborated according to experimental and clinical studies. Results:The reports and researches on how to treat osteoporosis and how to regulate bone metabolism by traditional Chinese medicine are increasing year by year,but there are few systematic summaries. Conclusion:From the experimental and clinical studies,Chinese herbal medicine has a definite effect on bone metabolism in osteoporosis,and has a better effect on osteoporosis. It can enhance ALP activity,promote osteoblast proliferation and differentiation,inhibit osteoclast activity,reduce abnormally elevated bone turnover rate and supplement estrogen,but further research is needed to provide a more comprehensive scientific basis for the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on bone metabolism in osteoporosis.
