摘要 某石化公司加氢装置由于原料及新氢中氯含量偏高造成循环氢管线结盐和循环氢量下降,而氯化铵盐垢造成高压换热器管束腐蚀泄漏,高压物料窜至脱丁烷塔造成脱丁烷塔顶气外送困难。文章对造成加氢装置氯化铵结盐腐蚀进行了原因分析并提出了工艺控制措施,采取该控制措施对加氢装置氯化铵结盐腐蚀起到了较好的预防和抑制作用,从而保证加氢装置长周期运行。 Due to the increase of chlorine contents in raw materials and hydrogen in the hydrogenation unit of a petrochemical company, salt deposition appeared in recycle hydrogen pipeline and the amount of recycled hydrogen went down. Besides, corrosion under ammonium chloride scale caused leakage in tube bundles of high pressure heat exchanger, therefore, high-pressure material went into the debutanizer which caused difficulties in the overhead gas delivery. In this paper, causes of salt formation corrosion of ammonium chloride were analyzed and process control measures were put forward. Corrosion was well prevented and controlled so as to ensure the long-term operation of the hydrogenation unit.
