小蓟作为传统中药材,具有凉血止血,祛瘀消肿的功效,现代研究发现小蓟具有止血、抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤等作用。小蓟在治疗泌尿系统出血性疾病、外敷止血方面疗效较好。本文较为全面地阐明了小蓟有效部位的药理作用及其临床应用,并对小蓟的未来研究趋势和开发利用做出展望。

Cirsium setosum is the famous traditional Chinese medicine,with the effect of cooling blood and stopping to bleed,dispelling stasis and swelling,modern research have found that Cirsium setosum has the function of hemostasis,anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor and so on.Cirsium setosum is effective in the treatment of urinary bleeding disease and traumatic bleeding.In this paper,the pharmacological action and clinical application of Cirsium setosum were clarified,and the future research trend and development of Thistle were forecasted.
