面部运动疗法配合分期针灸治疗亨特氏综合症的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of facial movement therapy combined with acupuncture by stages in the treatment of Hunter’s syndrome

目的:探讨面部运动疗法配合分期针灸治疗亨特氏综合症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2014年5月至2017年5月收治的48例亨特氏综合症患者为研究对象,其中失访病例3例。将采用分期针灸治疗的23例患者作为对照组,将面部运动疗法配合分期针灸治疗的22例患者作为观察组,对两组患者的临床疗效、FDI评分及神经麻痹程度评分进行对比分析。结果:观察组总有效率91.67%,明显高于对照组66.67%(χ^2=4.547,P=0.033);观察组FDI量表各项评分及神经麻痹程度评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:面部运动疗法配合分期针灸治疗亨特氏综合症的临床疗效显著,可减轻面神经麻痹程度及残疾指数,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of facial movement therapy combined with acupuncture by stages in the treatment of Hunter's syndrome.Methods:48 cases of Henry's syndrome treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects.Of these cases,3 cases were lost to follow-up.23 patients treated with acupuncture by stages were chosen as the control group,and another 22 patients treated with facial movement therapy combined with acupuncture by stages were chosen as the observation group.The clinical efficacy,FDI scores and the degrees of nerve paralysis of the patients were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).The scores of the FDI scale and the degrees of nerve paralysis in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The facial movement therapy combined with acupuncture by stages is effective in treating Hunter's syndrome,which can reduce facial nerve paralysis and disability index and is worthy of promotion.
