Influences of Sino-US Trade Conflict on China's Economy and Trade and its Suggestions

中美发生贸易摩擦已经受到了国际社会的广泛关注。为避免贸易摩擦,我国应通过加快产业结构的优化升级、调整出口商品结构、进一步改革开放、开展全方位外交、建立完善的贸易摩擦预警机制、合理运用WTO争端解决机制、加强保护知识产权等措施,妥善应对贸易摩擦带来的负面影响。

The trade conflict between China and the United States has received widespread attention from the international community. This paper expounds the development of Sino-US trade conflicts,summarizes the causes of Sino-US trade conflicts and the impact of trade conflicts on China’s economy and trade. In order to prevent trade conflicts from further impeding China’s economic development,China should accelerate the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,adjust the structure of export commodities,further reform and opening up,carry out all-round diplomacy,establish a sound early warning mechanism for trade conflicts,rationally apply the WTO dispute settlement mechanism,and strengthen measures such as protecting intellectual property rights,properly responding to the negative impacts of trade conflicts,and exerting the positive impact of trade conflicts.
