摘要
改革开放促进了企业民主管理制度的发展,政府在大力发展经济的同时,必须保护劳动者权益不受侵害。然而在实践中,受到效率优先思想的影响,企业的民主管理制度未得到应有的重视,因而反映在理论研究中的文献数量起伏不定、总体偏低。要实现十九大报告提出的完善协商协调机制,构建和谐劳动关系,企业民主管理需要发挥更重要作用。
The economic reform has promoted the development of enterprises democratic management system.For the sake of stimulating economic growth,the government pays attention to protecting worker's interests.However,due to the priority of working efficiency in practice,scant attention has been paid to enterprises'democratic management system,resulting in the insufficiency,ups and downs in the volume of research papers.In order to establish collective negotiation system and harmonious labor relations,accordingly,more attention should be paid to the democratic management of enterprises.
