摘要
本文利用CATIA的数据导入、建模、计算分析功能,将现场采集回来的坐标值以X,Y,Z形式导入至CATIA。运用CATIA的宏编译命令将坐标点编号、曲线拟合、曲面拟合,最后将三维曲面框转成实体,利用迭代计算,可得到液舱的容量列表及表面积、质量等其他属性,并通过试验比对,评估方法的可靠性以及分析本方法容量计量过程引入的不确定度。
This paper uses Data import,CATIA modeling,calculation and analysis functions. The coordinate values collected from the site are imported into CATIA in the form of X,Y,and Z. Coordinate points,curve fitting,and surface fitting are performed using CATIA’s macro compilation command. Finally,the three-dimensional surface frame is transformed into solid. By using iterative computation,we can get some other attributes such as capacity list,surface area,quality and so on.The reliability of the method is evaluated and the uncertainty introduced in the capacity measurement process of this method is analyzed by comparing the test results.
