螺纹接口型压力仪器电动装卸装置研究

摘要 文章介绍了一种针对螺纹接口型压力仪表电动装卸装置的设计研究,主要设计思路是将伺服电机的外部动力通过传动机构转换为标准螺纹口的旋转动作,取代传统的手动旋转装卸仪表工作,通过对电机的正转和反转控制从而实现螺纹型压力仪表的装配和拆卸,同时能够极大的缩短装拆时间,减轻作业人员的劳动强度,消除手动装卸过程中划伤的安全隐患,能够在大批量的仪表拆卸过程中能够有效的提高工作效率,减轻工作负担,降低安全风险,满足现代化,高效的工业计量工作需求。 This paper introduces the design and research of an electric loading and unloading device for thread interface pressure instrument. The main design idea is to convert the external power of the servo motor into the rotation action of the standard thread port through the transmission mechanism. Instead of the traditional manual rotating loading and unloading instrument, through the forward rotation and reverse control of the motor to realize the assembly and disassembly of the threaded pressure instrument;at the same time, it can greatly shorten the assembly and disassembly time and reduce the labor intensity of the operator, eliminate the hidden dangers of scratches in the process of manual loading and unloading can effectively improve work efficiency, reduce work burden, reduce safety risks, and meet the needs of modern and efficient industrial metering work in the process of mass instrument disassembly.
