角度测量器与提醒装置对机械通气患者呼吸系统并发症与机体舒适度的影响

Effect of angle measuring device and reminder device on respiratory complications and body comfort in patients with mechanical ventilation

目的探讨角度测量器与提醒装置对机械通气患者呼吸系统并发症与机体舒适度的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2018年7月我科收治的机械通气患者140例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用角度测量器与提醒装置。比较两组患者呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生率、误吸发生率和机体舒适度。结果研究组VAP发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),误吸发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),机体舒适度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对机械通气患者采用角度测量器与提醒装置,可减少呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率和误吸发生率,提高机体舒适度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of angle measuring device and reminder device on respiratory complications and body comfort in patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods To select 140 cases of patients with mechanical ventilation who were admitted to our department from October 2016 to July 2018 as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,while on the basis of this,the study group was given nursing by angle measuring device and reminder device.The incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP),the incidence of aspiration,and the comfort of the body were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of VAP in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of aspiration was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the comfort of the body was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying angle measuring device and reminder device for patients underwent mechanical ventilation can reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia and the incidence of aspiration,thus improving the comfort of the body,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
