摘要
针对工业生产领域应用轴快流气体激光器远程监控的实现,提出了以PLC控制器作为下位机、PC端或移动端作为上位机,由此组成一个能实现集散控制、远程监控的激光器智能系统的设计。探讨了在不具备因特网覆盖的工业现场选用GSM模块作为远程监控,在网络可覆盖的现场采用互联网对激光器作为远程监控的实施方案,不仅节约成本提高效率,同时对激光器朝智能化和网络化发展能起到促进作用。
Aiming at the realization of remote monitoring of axial fast-flow gas laser in industrial production field, it is proposed to use PLC controller as the lower computer, PC terminal or mobile terminal as the upper computer, thus forming a laser intelligent system that can realize distributed control and remote monitoring. The GSM module is selected as the remote monitoring in the industrial field without Internet coverage. The implementation of the laser as the remote monitoring in the field covered by the network not only saves cost and improves efficiency, but also promotes the development of the laser towards intelligence and network.
