摘要
在聚苯硫醚生产过程中采用过滤的方式将产品和钠盐分离,考察了滤网目数和过滤速率对分离效果的影响。通过红外、热分析、钠含量以及灰分的测试对产品进行了表征测试。结果表明:在600L反应釜中,当滤网目数为600目,过滤速率在800L/h时,该法可将钠盐从聚苯硫醚反应物料中较好地分离出来,分离率为93.0%。
The product and sodium salt were separated by filtration in the synthesis process of PPS. The effects of mesh number and filtration rate on the separation efficiency were investigated. The product was characterized by IR and DSC, and the sodium content and ash were tested. The results show that the sodium salt can be separated from the PPS reaction material with a separation rate of 93.0% by this method in a 600 L reactor, when the mesh number is 600 and the filtration rate is 800 L/h.
