摘要
以孔子浮雕为例,根据浮雕作品的特点进行数控加工工艺分析,使用数控编程模块实现浮雕文件的数控编程,最后将生成的数控程序导入到数控机床上完成浮雕作品的实体加工。实践证明将图像技术与CAD/CAM技术应用到浮雕设计加工中是切实可行的,可为浮雕产品的设计制作提供新方法。
In this paper,the relief of Confucius is taken as example,and the NC machining techonlogy based on the characteristics of relief works is analyzed.The numerical control programming module is used to realize the numerical control programming of relief files.Finally,the generated numerical control program is introduced into the numerical control machine tool to complete the physical processing of relief works.The practice proves that it is feasible to apply image technology and CAD/CAM technology to the relief design and processing,and provides a new method for the design and production of relief products.
