摘要
目的探讨蓝光联合益生菌治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法选择2018年1~7月在我院诊断治疗的新生儿胆红素患儿60例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组各30例。两组均给予蓝光治疗,研究组在此基础上给予益生菌口服治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗1、2、3d后经皮测胆红素水平,两组胆红素水平恢复正常时间。比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组经皮测胆红素水平均呈持续下降的趋势,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后1、2、3d,研究组经皮侧胆红素水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组胆红素水平恢复时间为(5.5±1.3)d,对照组胆红素水平恢复时间为(7.3±1.5)d。研究组显著早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论蓝光联合益生菌治疗新生儿黄疸能显著提高临床疗效,促进胆红素排泄。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of blue light combined with probiotics in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods 60 neonates with bilirubin who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were both given blue light treatment and the study group was given oral administration of probiotics on basis of it.The bilirubin level of percutaneous detection before treatment,1 day after treatment,2 days after treatment and 3 days after treatment and the return to normal time of bilirubin levels in two groups were compared.The clinical curative effect of two groups was compared. Results The clinical curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the bilirubin level of percutaneous detection in both groups showed a continuous downward trend,and there was statistically significant difference with that before treatment(P < 0.05).The bilirubin level of percutaneous detection of 1 day after treatment,2 days after treatment and 3 days after treatment in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The return to normal time of bilirubin levelsin study group and control group were respectively(5.5±1.3)d and(7.3±1.5)d.The study group was significantly earlier than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Blue light combined with probiotics in the treatment of neonatal jaundice can significantly improve the clinical curative effect and promote bilirubin excretion.
