呼和浩特市高校教职工高尿酸血症流行病学调查

Epidemiological survey of hyperuricemia among college staff in Hohhot

目的 了解内蒙古呼和浩特市高校教职工高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia, HUA)的流行情况,分析HUA的相关危险因素。方法 在呼和浩市随机抽取4所高校的1 061名教职工进行调查,收集其健康体检资料,并对其饮食和生活习惯等情况进行问卷调查。结果 HUA的患病人数为166人,患病率为15.65%,其中男性的患病率为18.15%,高于女性的12.01%(P<0.05);HUA组超重/肥胖、高血压、高甘油三酯血症和低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症的检出率高于非HUA组(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,肌酐增高、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶增高、超重/肥胖和高甘油三酯血症为HUA的危险因素(OR=5.224、2.868、2.109、2.283,均P<0.05)。呼和浩特市高校教职工HUA患病率为15.65%,不同学校教职工HUA患病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 呼和浩特市教职工群体HUA的患病率较高,且年轻化趋势明显。应提倡均衡饮食,定期参加健康检查,减少并发症的发生。

[Objective]To investigate the prevalence of hyperuricemia(HUA) among college staff in Hohhot of Inner Mongolia,explore the risk factors of HUA.[Methods]A total of 1 061 workers were randomly selected from four colleges and universities in Hohhot to study their health examination data,and their diet and living habits were investigated by questionnaire.[Results]There were 166 cases of HUA with the prevalence of 15.65%,and the prevalence of males(18.15 %) was higher than that of females(12.01 %)(P<0.05). The detection rates of overweight/obesity,hypertension,hypertriglyceridemia and reduced high density lipoprotein chole sterol in HUA group were higher than those in non-HUA g roup(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that increased creatinine,increasedγ-glutamyltransferase,overweight/obesity and hypertriglyceridemia were theriskfactors for HUA(OR =5.224,2.868,2.109,2.283,P <0.05).T he prevalence rate of HUA among college staff in H ohhot is 15.65% and the difference in the prevalence rate of HUA was statistically significant among different schools(P >0.05).[Conclusion]The prevalence of HUA amohg college stalf in Hohhot is higher,and the tread of younger is significant.It’s necessary to advocate a balanced diet and attend regular heath examinations to reduce complications.
