摘要
心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)是世界范围内死亡和发病率的重要原因,严重威胁着人类健康。据估计,2016年非传染性疾病占所有死亡病例的89%,其中43%为心血管疾病(数据来源于2018世界卫生统计年鉴)。循环高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平与单核细胞计数对于动脉粥样硬化疾病的发生、进展和严重程度具有重要意义。在最近的研究中,单核细胞计数与HDL水平的比值(monocyte/HDL ratio,MHR)作为一种简单、可计算的炎性标志物,可以提示炎症和氧化应激的程度,是心血管事件的独立预测因子,与多种心血管疾病的发生发展密切相关。本文旨在对MHR与CVD相关性研究的进展进行综述。
Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is a major cause of death worldwide and a serious threat to human health.Non-communicable diseases accounted for an estimated 89 percent of all deaths in 2016,of which 43 percent were cardiovascular(data from the 2018 world health statistics yearbook).Circulating high density lipoprotein(HDL)levels and monocyte count are important for the occurrence,progression and severity of atherosclerotic disease.In recent studies,monocyte/HDL ratio(MHR),as a simple and calculable inflammatory marker,can indicate the degree of inflammation and oxidative stress and is an independent predictor of cardiovascular events,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of various cardiovascular diseases.This paper aims to review the research progress of the correlation between MHR and CVD.
