地方高校参与精准扶贫途径探析——以许昌学院为例

Analysis of Local Universities’ Participation in Precise Poverty Alleviation——Take Xuchang University as an Example

我国扶贫工作的新形势和新任务对高等院校参与精准扶贫工作提出了新的要求。“扶贫先扶智”的精准扶贫理念决定了高校在精准扶贫工作中的排头兵作用。本文着重于从河南省地方高校对地方扶贫工作的作用及扶贫途径展开研究,以许昌学院为例探讨了高校参与精准扶贫的途径和方法,以期发现和提出能够用得上、有效果的意见和建议,为相关高校的精准扶贫工作提供理论支持。

The new situation and new tasks of our country's poverty alleviation work put forward new requirements for higher institutions to participate in the precise poverty alleviation work. The concept of "precise poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation first" has determined the vanguard role of colleges in helping the poor people in precision work. This paper focuses on the role of local colleges in Henan Province on poverty alleviation work. In order to find opinions and suggestions to be able to use, this paper,taking Xuchang university as an example, introduces theoretical support for the accurate poverty alleviation work in colleges and universities.
