摘要
塔柱曲线内外均为“直线+圆曲线”变化,四面收坡,爬模的设计重点是解决线性变化和架体爬升问题。由于顺桥向内外侧均为圆曲线,所以爬模系统爬升时需时刻调整姿态用于适应角度变化。由于顺桥向内外侧均为圆曲线,爬架系统爬升时的倾斜角度会随着高度方向时刻变化,为保证平台总是处于水平状态,只能通过调整承重架和外爬架的调节撑杆适应角度变化。
The curve of the tower,both inside and outside,is changed by "straight line + circle curve",and the slope is closed on all sides,the key design of the climbing formwork is to solve the problem of linear variation and frame climbing. Since both the inside and outside of the bridge are circular curves,the climbing system needs to adjust the attitude to adapt to the Angle change when climbing. Since both the inside and outside of the bridge are circular curves,and the tilt angle of the climbing formwork will change in the height direction at any time,in order to ensure that the platform is always in a horizontal state,the angle change can only be adjusted by adjusting the supporting frame and the adjusting brace of the external frame.
